云南蔷薇属部分种质资源对白粉病的抗性鉴定

【摘要】 对14个云南蔷薇属种质资源(包括7个栽培品种和7个野生种)进行白粉病抗性的离体鉴定和田间鉴定,其中免疫品种(种)2个,中抗品种(种)8个,中感品种1个,高感品种(种)3个。白粉病离体鉴定与田间鉴定两种方法的抗性评价结果完全一致,表明该方法可作为白粉病抗性快速鉴定的方法。

【Abstract】 Fourteen Rosa germplasms,including 7 rose cultivars and 7 wild species,were identified in Yunnan,and their resistance to the powdery mildew was evaluated.Two immune varieties,8 moderately resistant varieties,1 moderately sensitive varieties and 3 highly sensitive varieties were selected.The resistance of rose varieties to the powdery mildew detected by detached leaf discs was consistent with the results observed in fields.The detached leaf disc could be used as a speedy method for identifying the sensitivity of rose varieties to the powdery mildew.
