西瓜品种资源对枯萎病和蔓枯病的抗性鉴定

【摘要】 采用室内苗期人工接种鉴定方法,对国内外引进和育成的78份西瓜品种资源进行了枯萎病和蔓枯病的人工接种双重抗性鉴定,筛选出Smokylee、Summit、Sugarlee、Calhoun Gray、Dixielee、Texa W5、Conqueror等9份高抗枯萎病的单抗种质,及AU-Sweet Scarlet、AU-Jubilant、AU-Producer、W6-9、W23-18和W23-47为中抗蔓枯病兼抗枯萎病的双抗种质,并对双抗种质材料的主要农艺性状进行了考察。

【Abstract】 Tests for resistance to fusarium wilt and gummy stem blight Mycosphaerella melonis(Pass.)Chiu et Walker of 78 watermelon germplasm were carried out at indoor seedling stage through artificial inoculation.The results showed that the variety Smokylee,Summit,Sugarlee,Calhoun Gray,Dixielee,TexaW5,Conqueror and W23-18 had the high resistance to fusarium wilt among all the tested materials.The variety AU-Sweet Scarlet,AU-Jubilant,AU-Producer,W6-9,W23-18 and W23-47 had the middle resistance to gummy stem blight,and also with resistance to fusarium wilt.It is useful for breeding new variety with disease resistance,early-maturing and good quality.
