【摘要】 目的:为临床对脊柱腰段某些疾患的诊断和手术治疗提供解剖学依据。方法:取成年正常腰骶部完整标本30例,常规解剖剥离,对腰部分椎管内的侧隐窝矢径、横径,椎间盘、黄韧带的厚度,腰骶部硬膜黄韧带间连接结构进行了观测。对脊柱腰段进行了详细硏究。结果:获得了腰部分椎管内的侧隐窝矢径、横径,椎间盘、黄韧带的厚度,腰骶部硬膜黄韧带间连接结构数据的观测结果。结论:为临床对脊柱腰段某些疾患的诊断和手术治疗提供了解剖学参考数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide anatomical basis for promoting clinical diagnosis and operation on lumbar vertebral diseases.Methods:30 normal adult lumbosacral samples were prepared.After normal atomical dissection,side recess of vertebral canal in lumbar vertebrae,intervertebral discs,width of ligamenta flava,the adjoin structure between dura matter and ligamenta flava were observed and the lumbar vertebral section were analyzed in detail.Results:The data of recess in lumbar vertebrae,intervertebral discs,width of ligamenta flava,the adjoin structure of ligamenta flava were obtained.Conclusion:The observed data provdied an anatomical basis for promoting clinical diagnosis and operation on diseases related to lumbar vertebral region.更多还原
