盐穗木抗菌活性成分理化性质研究及药敏试验
Study on physical and chemical properties and sensitivity test of antibacterial components in Halostachys Caspica
【摘要】 为进一步研究生长于塔里木盆地及其周边荒漠地区盐穗木中有效化学成分,对盐穗木全草粉用乙醇提取,乙酸乙酯萃取,所得萃取物进行柱层析,用不同的洗脱剂分离各组分,对各组分进行理化性质研究、药敏试验并通过质谱法分析研究其化学结构。结果显示,盐穗木乙酸乙酯萃取物及柱层析石油醚-乙酸乙酯(30∶1)洗脱物、石油醚-三氯甲烷(1∶1)洗脱物对大肠杆菌均有抑制作用,其主要化学成分(即盐穗木抗菌活性成份)是二苯胺,其化学结构式和分子式分别为○N H○和C12H11N。
【Abstract】 In order to study effective chemical composition of Halostachys Caspica in Tarim Basin and its surrounding desert areas,the whole meal Halostachys Caspica was extracted by ethanol and ethyl acetate respectively,various components was separated from the extraction with different eluent by column chromatography,then their physical and chemical properties were studied by sensitivity test and mass spectrometry(MS).The results showed that the ethyl acetate extraction,benzine-ethyl acetate(30∶1) elution and benzine-chloroform(1∶1) elution of Halostachys Caspica.could all inhibit the growth of E.coli,their main chemical components is Diphenylamine(C12H11N) with chemical structure of N H.
