【摘要】 结合我国当前基本国情,介绍了我国开展循环经济试点示范工作以来,形成的形式多样、适用性强的循环经济模式,以及取得的经济效益和环境效益。同时指出,由于我国发展循环经济起步较晚,缺少循环经济核心技术的研发,以及先进适用的新技术、新工艺、新设备推广应用滞后,所以我国发展循环经济潜力巨大。建议国家抓住时机,通盘考虑我国发展循环经济由试点示范推向全面展开的时机和手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combining with China’s basic national conditions, the various forms and strong applicability economic model, as well as economic benefits and environmental benefits, were introduced during developing pilot demonstration of circular economy in China. China has great potential in developing circular economy were pointed out, because of the development of circular economy in China started late, and it lack of core technologies, and promotion and application of advanced new technologies, new techniques, new equipment lagged behind.
