【摘要】 目的探讨妇科肿瘤患者血清唾液酸(sialic acid,SA)水平与妇科恶性肿瘤的临床预测的关系。方法采用日立7170全自动生化分析仪检测恶性肿瘤患者129例,良性肿瘤患者43例和健康体检者82例的血清SA水平。血清唾液酸测定采用酶法测定。结果(1)良性肿瘤组与Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者SA均有显著差异(P<0.01);(2)良性肿瘤组患者与卵巢癌组和子宫颈癌组患者SA结果有显著差异(P<0.05),而与子宫内膜癌组及输卵管癌组结果无统计学差异(P>0.05),恶性肿瘤组明显高于对照组和良性肿瘤组(P<0.01);(3)观察其中45例恶性肿瘤术前与术后放化疗后2-3次的SA水平,患者的好转或恶化的临床符合率分别为84.38%和76.92%。结论血清唾液酸水平测定对于妇科肿瘤的良恶性诊断有临床参考价值,并且对术后放化疗后患者的治疗效果亦有评价意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate serum Sialic Acid(SA) in cases of gynaecological tumours and its clinical value in the prediction of malignant cases.Methods The investigation was performed using the enzyme analysis method with a Hitachi 7170A Auto-Biochemistry Analyser.Serum SA levels were investigated in 129 cases of gynaecological malignant tumours,43 cases of benign tumours and 82 healthy controls.Results 1.A similar result was observed in Grade III and IV tumours compared with the benign group(P<0.01).2.The SA level was significantly elevated in cases of oophoroma and cervical carcinoma compared with cases of benign tumors(P<0.05).No statistical differences were found between benign cases and cases of carcinoma of the endometrium and oviduct(P>0.05).Serum SA levels were significantly higher(P<0.01) in the malignant group compared with the benign and control groups.3.Through monitoring SA levels in 43 pre-and post-operative malignant cases following 2 to 3 courses of chemo/radiotherapy,it was found that SA levels were correlated with clinical progress,with 84.38% of improved cases experiencing decreased levels and 76.92% of deteriorated cases experiencing abnormal levels.Conclusion The clinical value of serum SA levels was demonstrated both in diagnosing gynaecological malignant/benign tumours and in evaluating the outcome of chemo/radiotherapy in post-operative cases.更多还原
