【摘要】 目的研究热休克蛋白60,70在各级人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测56例人脑胶质瘤标本中热休克蛋白60,70的表达。结果HSP60,70在脑胶质瘤中有表达,且表达程度随着脑胶质瘤病理级别的升高而升高,不同级别之间存在显著性差异,且在同一级别脑胶质瘤中HSP60的表达程度超过HSP70的表达程度。结论检测脑胶质瘤组织中HSP60,70能够快速、准确地反映肿瘤细胞的增殖状态及评价预后,对判定胶质瘤的恶性程度及指导治疗有一定意义,且HSP60优于HSP70。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of heat shock proteins 60,70(HSP60,70) in human gliomas.Methods The expressions of HSP60,70 in 56 paraffin embedded specimens were detected,which were human brain gliomas from pathologic gradeⅠto grade Ⅳ,by immunohistochemistry SP methods.Results The expression of HSP60,70 in gliomas was increased as pathological degree of gliomas raised up.There was a great difference among the different tumor pathological degree.Expression of HSP60 was stronger than that of HSP70.Conclusion The detection of HSP60,70 expressions in tumor tissues could show the proliferating stations of tumor cells and assess patient’s prognosis rapidly and precisely.And it had great significance in assessing the malignant degree of gliomas and guiding clinic therapy.Furthermore,HSP60 was more sensitive than HSP70.更多还原
