【摘要】 目的检测MUC1基因在不同类型乳腺癌组织中的表达水平,探讨其在乳腺癌诊断、转移和预后评价中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测了30例乳腺癌及30例正常乳腺组织中MUC1基因的表达水平。结果乳腺癌组织中MUC1基因的阳性表达率为80.8%,明显高于正常乳腺组织(8%)(P<0.05),不同病理类型的乳腺癌组织中MUC1基因的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论MUC1基因在乳腺癌组织中的高表达是诊断乳腺癌的指标之一,可作为乳腺癌转移和预后的一项参考指标,在乳腺癌病理分型的诊断方面无明显的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expressed level of Mucin gene(MUC1) in variety classes breast cancer,and approach this sense for the diagnosis of breast cancer,the metastasis and the prognostic evaluation.Methods To contrast the expressed level of Mucin gene(MUC1)in 30 breast cancer with 30 normal mammary gland by means of immunohistochemistry.Results the rate of Mucin gene(MUC1)expression in breast cancer is 80.8%,it is higher than 8% in normal mammary gland(P<0.05).The expression of different patho-type of breast cancer is not difference(P>0.05).Conclusion It is one proof of the breast cancer diagnosis that the expression of Mucin gene(MUC1)in breast cancer is high,and it is a referred index to estimate the cancerometastasis and prognosis,but it is not visible clinical sense to distinguish the patho-type of breast cancer.更多还原
