【摘要】 目的研究IL-10在小儿支原体肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP)发病机制中的作用,为MPP的诊断治疗提供实验依据。方法通过双抗体夹心ELISA法检测MPP患儿血清IL-10水平。结果肺炎支原体肺炎MPP组血清IL-10水平明显低于健康对照组,且恢复期仍处于低水平状态。结论IL-10在MPP的发病机制中起一定作用,可能参与了MPP的原发肺部损伤和肺外并发症的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the effect of these three cytokines above-mentioned in MPP,and reveal the immunological pathogenesis of MPP.Methods we compared the blood serum level of IL-10 in four groups below using ELISA method.Results The results showed,compared with the healthy children,the blood serum level of IL-10 changed significantly in children of MPP.Conclusion IL-10 play a part in the pathogenesis of MPP,it probably participate in the primary damage in lung,and complications extra-pulmonary.更多还原
