【摘要】 目的通过动态检测消化道恶性肿瘤患者手术前后其血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子-A(VEGF-A)的表达,探讨消化道恶性肿瘤预后与IL-6、VEGF-A表达的相关性。方法作者将67例消化道恶性肿瘤患者设为观察组;69例消化道良性疾病患者设为对照组。作者分别在手术前、后采血,统一用双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)动态检测两组患者血清IL-6、VEGF-A的表达水平。结果①两组术前血清IL-6、VEGF-A水平表达已呈差异性变化(P<0.01);②观察组手术前、后血清IL-6、VEGF-A水平表达(P<0.01);③观察组手术后与对照组相比较IL-6表达(P>0.05);而VEGF-A表达仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对两组血清IL-6、VEGF-A表达的差异,及观察组手术前、后IL-6、VEGF-A表达的动态变化,显示消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清IL-6、VEGF-A表达与其预后呈正相关性改变。更多还原
