【摘要】 为了解阿魏倍半萜类的灭螺活性,利用有机溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析分离到7种阿魏倍半萜类化合物,以同一剂量将其制成溶液、颗粒、粉剂,并用浸泡、喷粉、投喂等方法对比处理钉螺。结果显示:阿魏倍半萜类杀螺效果极显著(P<0.001),在室温25℃±1℃,水温23℃±1℃的条件下,72 h内3种方法处理的钉螺死亡率都达到90%以上,其中颗粒灭螺活性最强,喷粉灭螺强于浸泡灭螺。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the active ingredient of ferulic sesquiterpene compounds the effect of the molluscicide,the organic solvent extraction,Silica gel column chromatographic analysis were used to separate seven kinds of asafoetida.Results demonstrated that Asafoetida effectively component time of half tie kind of compound kills the spiral effect to be extremely remarkable(P<0.001).At room temperature 25℃±1℃ and 23℃±1℃ in water bath,the oncomelania mortality rate reached above 90% in 72 hours after treatment.The granular pellet was the most potent to kill the spiral.The dusting extinguished the spiral much better than that of immersion.更多还原
