【Abstract】 The gonads of the female domestic animals are ovaries.The extragonadal reproductive tissues mainly contain oviduct,cervix,myometrium,etc.The uterus,an endocrine organ,plays a part of endocrine functions and regulates hypothalamus-hypophysis-ovaries axis.The physiological functions of FSH and LH are mediated by FSHR and LHR,respectively,which have been demonstrated in gonad and extragonad tissues.The objective of the present review is to summarize the current knowledge of extragondal FSHR and LHR in the reproductive tracts.更多还原
