【摘要】 以黄芪多糖和白花蛇舌草多糖作为免疫增强剂联合猪高致病性繁殖与呼吸综合征灭活疫苗免疫26日龄断奶仔猪,免疫后7,14,24,34,44,54,69d前腔静脉采血,检测外周血淋巴细胞增殖,并用ELISA法检测血清中抗猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒抗体及IL-2水平。结果表明,与生理盐水组比较,黄芪多糖和白花蛇舌草多糖均能极显著促进外周血淋巴细胞的增殖,使抗体提早产生并提高抗体滴度和IL-2表达水平;因此,黄芪多糖和白花蛇舌草多糖能增强猪对高致病性繁殖与呼吸综合征灭活疫苗的免疫应答能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effects of astragalus polysaccharide (APS) and oldenlandia polysaccharide (OPS) on the immune response to porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome attenuated virus vaccine,the proliferation of porcine peripheral blood lymphocytes was examined at different time with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome attenuated virus vaccine(PRRS vaccine) combined with or without APS and OPS in this experiment.The PRRS antibody and IL-2 were tested by ELISA profile.The results showed that compared with blank group,APS and OPS could improve lymphocytes proliferation in the porcine peripheral blood and boost the production of special antibody,IL-2,markedly.So the results suggested that APS and OPS co-inoculated with PRRS vaccine could enhance immune response of pigs.It is a potential immune stimulatory for porcine.更多还原
