【摘要】 【目的】探讨严重烧伤病人不同阶段的营养支持治疗的方法。【方法】选择46例严重烧伤病人,休克期采用以胃肠外营养为主,辅以中药材配制的烧伤膳食;感染期以静脉营养与胃肠内营养相结合;康复期以胃肠道营养为主,并监测病人体重、蛋白质代谢、创面愈合天数及免疫能力。【结果】44例患者愈合,2例死亡,死亡率为4.3%;80%病人在治疗4～6周后,体重恢复正常,其余体重丢失控制在10%以内;血浆蛋白及免疫功能也恢复正常,创面愈合时间也明显缩短。【结论】该营养支持疗法可满足重度烧伤病人对热能及各类营养素的需求,增强免疫能力,减少感染和并发症,降低死亡率,是一种较有效的营养支持疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the effects and methods of enteral and parenteral nutritional support of severe burn during wound healing.[Methods]Forty-six patients with severe burn were supported in the shock period mainly with parenteral nutrition,in the second period with enteral and parenteral nutrition,and in healing period mainly with enteral nutrition.The clinic effects were evaluated to observe the weight,protein catabolism,immunocompatience,and healing time.[Results]Forty-four out of 46 cases were fully recovered and 2 cases were died.The weight remained in 80%of the patients and loss of weight was controlled under 10%in 20%of the patients.The patients had the normal serum levels in albumin,after nutritional support for 4～6 weeks.The healing time was significantly shortened.[Conclusions]This nutritional support may satisfy the requirements of energies and nutrients,strengthen the immunocompetence and reduce the complication.It is one of major therapies to severe burn.更多还原
