164例尖锐湿疣患者人乳头瘤病毒基因型的检测

【摘要】 【目的】探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型的感染情况。【方法】采用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术,对164例尖锐湿疣患者皮损组织进行HPV感染分型检测。【结果】在164例病例标本中,本芯片所能检测的是21种HPV亚型中检测出18种,未发现HPV18、35和56型。164份CA组织标本中HPV阳性158例,检出率是96.34%,单一型别阳性率是53.66%(88/164),多重型别阳性率是42.68%(70/164);各型别检出率由高到低依次是HPV6(61.59%)、11(37.20%)、33(7.32%)、52(7.32%)、58(7.32%)、16(6.71%)、59(4.88%)、31(3.66%),68(3.66%);以低危型HPV6、11为主,高危型检出率为46.95%(77/164);高危型多以混合感染形式存在,其多重感染率达到88.31%(68/77)。【结论】本地区尖锐湿疣以低危型HPV6、11为主,高危型感染率高并多以混合感染形式存在的特点,尖锐湿疣组织中主要感染的HPV基因型存在地区差异。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the infection and the distribution of Human Papillomavirus(HPV) genotypes in Condyloma Acuminate(CA). 【Methods】 164 cases lesions were excised from patients with Condyloma Acuminate were detected classification of HPV genotypes with flow-through hybrization and gene chip. 【Results】 18 genotypes were found by HybriMax in total 21 HPV genotypes in 164 clinic samples, except HPV18, HPV35 and HPV56. Of the 164 patients studied, 158 were positive, the total positive rate was 96.34%, the positive rate of single type of HPV was 53.66% (88/164), the positive rate of multiple types of HPV was 42.68% (70/164); In respective genotype, the most common virus type was HPV6 (61.59%) followed by HPV11 (37.20%), HPV33, 52, 58 (7.32% each), HPV16 (6.71%), HPV59 (4.88%), HPV31 and 68 (3.66% each); HPV6 and HPV11 of low-risk HPV were the most popular genotypes, the positive rate of high-risk HPV was 46.95% (77/164), the infection rate of high-risk HPV genotypes were 88.31% (68/77) with multiple-genotypes. 【Conclusions】 HPV6 and HPV11 of low-risk HPV were the most common genotypes in Condyloma Acuminate in FoShan Area, high-risk HPV genotypres had high infection rate and the majority of high-risk HPV genotypes exist with multiple-genotypes. There were geographical differences in the distribution of HPV dominating genotypes from condyloma acuminate.
