茯苓菌株生物学特性的研究

【摘要】 通过对茯苓菌株在不同碳源、氮源、pH、温度、含水量等环境条件下菌丝生长状况的研究,结果表明在所试的8种碳源、6种氮源中,最适碳源是蔗糖,最适氮源是蛋白胨,菌丝生长的适宜温度是24℃~30℃,最适温度为28℃;培养基的适宜初始pH为3~6,最适pH为3;培养基的适宜含水量为55%~60%,最适含水量为55%。

【Abstract】 The effects of carbon sources, nitrogen, pH, temperature and water content of the medium on the growth of Wolfiporia cocos mycelia were studied. The results showed that the optimum carbon sources for the growth of Wolfiporia cocos mycelia was sucrose, the optimum nitrogen sources was peptone, the suitable temperature for the mycelial growth was 24℃~30℃ with the optimum temperature 28℃, the suitable pH was 3~6 with the optimum pH 3, and the suitable water content of the medium was 55%~60% with the optimum water content of the medium 55%.
