【Abstract】 The retinoid(vitamin A and its derivatives) plays a critical role in vision,growth,reproduction,cell differentiation and embryonic development.Porcine cellular retinol binding protein genes 1(CRBP1) was one of the porcine cellular retinol binding protein genes(CRBPs) family.In this study,the intron1 of porcine cellular retinol binding protein genes 1(CRBP1) was sequenced and its size is 453 bp.This will benefit the further study of the full length sequence of porcine cellular retinol binding protein gene 1.更多还原
