梅花鹿茸提取物及TGF-β1对山羊切割后胚胎修复和发育的影响
Influence on the Repair and Development of Deer Antler’s Extraction and TGF-β1 of the Goat Embryos after Cutting
【摘要】 为了修复切割后的山羊胚胎,本研究将梅花鹿茸提取物和转化生长因子(TGF-β1)分别以不同的浓度添加到含10%FBS的PBS基础培养液中.对桑椹期胚胎进行切割后,在5%CO2,95%空气,38.5℃,湿度100%的培养箱中进行培养1-3天.结果表明,相对于转化生长因子而言,鹿茸提取物对切割后的胚胎具有更好的修复作用,并能提高切割胚的囊胚期发育率.
【Abstract】 In order to repair the goat embryos after cutting,the research will add the deer antler’s extraction and transforming growth factor(TGF-β1) by different concentrations to the basis of PBS culture medium containing 10% FBS.The morulae embryos after cutting will be cultured in the 5% CO2,95% air,38.5 ℃,humidity 100% incubator for 1-3 days.The results showed that compared with the transforming growth factor,deer antler’s extraction on the embryo after cutting has a better repair,and improves the development rate of the embryos after cutting on the blastocyst.
