【摘要】 目的评价几种微创技术治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法2005年2月至2006年12月间安徽医科大学第三附属医院收治的26例髌骨骨折患者,采用膝关节镜监视辅助和C臂辅助下闭合复位,经皮螺钉及利用切口的"移动窗口"技术,通过不同的内固定方式,治疗不同类型的髌骨骨折。对该26例病例资料进行分析和总结。结果所有病例术后膝关节功能良好,根据膝关节损伤患者的功能评定优22例(85%),良4例(15%),膝关节功能均满意。结论根据不同的髌骨骨折情况,采取最优化的微创技术来治疗,可使髌骨骨折复位确切,固定牢靠、创伤小、康复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of several method of minimally invasive operation techniques for patellar fractures.MethodsFrom February 2005 to December 2006,26 cases of patellar fractures were treated by operation with several methods of minimally invasive operation techniques.These methods consisted of closed reduction,percutaneous screw with the assist of arthroscopy and C-arm X-ray,’Moving window’ incision technique.The cases of different types of patellar fractures were treated with different internal fixation.The clinical data of 26 patients was studied retrospectively.ResultsAccording to knee joint functional scoring systems,22 cases(85%)were evaluated as excellent,4 as good(15%).All cases had satisfactory function of knee joints.ConclusionThe mini-invasive operation techniques were performed according to types of patellar fractures.It can result in precise reduction,enough stability,less invasion and better functional rehabilitation.更多还原
