【摘要】 目的建立上感冲剂质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的板蓝根、大青叶进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定处方中连翘中连翘苷的含量。结果薄层色谱法阴性对照无干扰;连翘苷在14.016～70.080μg/ml。表明连翘苷在范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=0.86%(n=9)。结论所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Aim The quality specification for Shanggan granules was established.Methods Fofium isatidis and Radi isatidis were identified by TLC.The forsyth content was determinated by HPLC.Results The negative sample didn’t interfere the identification of TLC.The 1inear relation was good within the range of 14.016～70.080 μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5)for forsyth,The average recovery was 98.0%,RSD =0.86%(n=9).Conclusion The method was simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.It could be used in the quality contro1 of Shanggan granules.更多还原
