【摘要】 目的探讨老年人急性胆囊炎的临床特点。方法对2005-2008年经手术治疗的58例老年人急性胆囊炎的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果58例患者治愈55例,好转3例,死亡1例。术后出现切口感染、肺部感染及上消化道出血等并发症达20.1%。结论根据病情及老年人对急诊胆囊手术的耐受力,早期实施手术是处理老年人急性胆囊炎的关键,正确掌握手术时机,选择合理的手术方式可有效防治术后并发症的发生并降低死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The elderly to explore the clinical features of acute cholecystitis.Methods In our hospital by the year 2005-2008 in 58 cases of surgical treatment in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results 58 cases,55 cases cured,two cases improved and one died.Postoperative incision infection,lung infection and the elimination of bleeding complications suchas20.1 percent.Conclusion The condition of patients and the elderly in emergency gall bladder surgery on tolerance,early surgery in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis to deal with the key,the right time to have surgery,choose a reasonable surgical approach can effectively control the occurrence of postoperative complications and lower mortality更多还原
