【摘要】 目的通过对抗感染药不良反应报告的分析,探讨不良反应发生的因素。方法对2008年度收集到的136例抗感染药致不良反应报告进行回顾性分析。结果涉及不良反应的药品共有36种,其中以头孢菌素类居首,其次是喹诺酮类;最常涉及皮肤系统,静脉给药引起的不良反应最多。结论应加强抗感染药不良反应监测,合理使用抗感染药,为保障公众用药健康服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Anti-infective agents through analysis of reports of adverse reactions to explore the occurrence of adverse factors.Methods The year 2008 in our hospital collected 136 cases of adverse reactions to the report of anti-infective agents were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of adverse reactions involved a total of 36 kinds of drugs,included cephalosporins in the top,followed by quinolones;the most common system involves the skin,caused by intravenous administration of a maximum of adverse reactions.Conclusion Adverse reactions should be strengthened to monitor the anti-infective,the rational use of anti-infective agents,drugs for the protection of public health services.更多还原
