【摘要】 目的为减轻功能部位外伤后局部疤痕增生,避免疤痕挛缩影响功能活动。方法应用J-1型脱细胞异体真皮与自体薄皮片复合移植于功能部位外伤创面上并固定、包扎。结果60例67处部位移植复合皮完全成活;3处部位大部分成活,经换药愈合。50例经6～12个月随访,未发现排异现象,局部外观平整,皮肤弹性好,功能灵活,供皮区无疤痕形成。结论复合皮(脱细胞异体真皮+自体薄皮片)移植修复功能部位外伤后大面积组织缺损可有效防止疤痕赠生、预防畸形,避免功能受损。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to alleviate the functional parts of post-traumatic hypertrophic scar localized to avoid scar contracture of the impact of functional activity.Methods Application of J-1-type acellular dermis and autologous transplantation in composite thin films feature on the site of traumatic wound and fixed,dressing.Results 67 parts of 60 cases of composite skin graft survived completely;three parts of the majority of survival,healing by the dressing.June to December by 50 cases of follow-up found no rejection phenomenon,the local appearance of formation,skin elasticity,and function of the flexibility for the formation of scar-free skin.Conclusion Composite skin(Acellular all-dermal matrix + Autologous split-thickness) transplant repair large parts of post-traumatic tissue defects can be effective in preventing scar gifts of Health,the prevention of deformity and to avoid damage.更多还原
