【摘要】 目的探讨气管注入固儿苏治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的疗效。方法将90例RDS患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组静脉注射沐舒坦,治疗组气管注入固儿苏。结果经过治疗,两组的各项指标均有显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善较对照组更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组死亡或放弃治疗5例,治疗组无死亡病例。结论早期采用气管注入固儿苏治疗RDS疗效肯定,能显著降低上呼吸机人数及病死率,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用,但要掌握好用药的时机及剂量。更多还原
