【摘要】 目的探讨腰椎间盘退变伴终板骨软骨炎的低场MR表现及其临床意义。方法总结60例(160处)腰椎盘退变同时合并终板骨软骨炎的MRI及其临床表现。结果60例共累及160处(个)终板,按Modic分型,其中I型98处,占61.3%;Ⅱ型19处,占11.9%;Ⅲ型43处,占26.9%;单个累及9例(15.0%),多发累及51例(85.0%);好发于下腰段。结论低场MRI能清楚显示腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎各期的信号特点,对病灶显示清晰,能准确分型,为临床制定合理的治疗方案及时诊治提供有益的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the low-field MRI findings(MR imaging) and clinical significance of end-plate osteochondritis in lumbar disc degeneration.Methods To evaluate the MRI finding and clinical significance of 60 patients include 160 lesions with osteochondritis in lumbar diso degeneration.Results Of 160 cases,60 patients were diagnosed in end-plate,It had been classified into 3 types according to Modic,s method,often in the lumbar vertebra,whose lavels ware lower segments,98(61.3%)were Modic type I,19(11.9%) were Modic typeⅡ and43(26.9%) were Modic typeⅢ There were 9 cases(15.0%) suffered from single end-plate osteochondritis and 51 cases(85.0%) suffered from multiple end-plate osteochondritis.End-plate osteochondritis was often located at inferior segment of lumbar spine.Conclusion Abnormal signal intensities of different phases of end-plate osteochondritis could be displayed clearly by low-field MRI,the lesions were illustrated distinctly and accurate classification could be assessed,which was helpful in the treatment planning for lumbar disc degeneration.更多还原
