【摘要】 目的探讨心理健康对抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。方法用入院顺续分层随机法,将80例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照研究,对研究组进行个体化心理健康,在治疗前和治疗后1、3、6、12个月末,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、总体疗效量表(CGI)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。WHOQ0L-BREF量表衡量患者的生活质量。分析量表中各领域的计分。结果经12个月治疗,研究组的身心健康、心理健康、社会关系、环境因素的分值分别为74.13±5.63,91.37±8.73,92.31±7.37,95.37±6.02,对照组的身心健康、心理健康、社会关系、环境因素的分值分别为69.31±6.37、79.32±9.34、83.72±7.22、82.65±5.85。两组患者生活质量较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.01),在心理健康、社会关系和环境因素等三方面,研究组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论心理健康对抑郁症患者的生活质量有一定改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence on quality of life of mental state healthy in sufferer dysthymic disorder.Methods Being used the vendom control stady,Is divided into 120 sufferer dysthymic disorder disease sufferer random to study the set and check against the research,carry on the mental state healthy of individualization towards studying the set,Effects and side effects were assessed with HAMD and CGI and TESS respectively,WHOQ0L-BREF instruments were used to evaluate the patients quality of life before and after drug abministration,by menas of analyzing the scores in every domains.before and after 1,3,6,12 months treatment.Analyze each realm in the quantity watch accounts a cent.Results 12 months after treatment,the scores of physical health,psychological health,social relationship,and environment study group in were 74.13±5.63,91.37±8.73,92.31±7.37,95.37±6.02,and the scores of physical halth,psychological health,cocial relationship,and environment in check against group were 69.31±6.37,79.32±9.34,83.72±7.22,82.65±5.85.and the scores of four domains in WHOQ0L-BREF instruments had been improved significantly in to groups(P<0.01)In the damains of Psychological health,social Relation ship and Environment,study a set a better than matched control(P<0.01).Conclusion The mental state healthy has certain improvement to the sufferer dysthymic disorder quality of life.更多还原
