【摘要】 目的探讨输血前和手术前患者相关血液检测的重要性。方法对13468例患者在输血前和手术前检测血液中HBV两对半、丙肝病毒抗体(抗-HCV)、人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV)和梅毒抗体,并对结果进行分析。结果HBV阳性率11.8%,抗-HCV阳性率2.1%,抗HIV阳性率0.37%,TP-Ab阳性率3.2%。结论检测输血前和手术前患者血液传染性疾病标志物,对避免输血医疗纠纷,减少院内交叉感染,预防医务人员的职业感染有着十分重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the pre-operative blood transfusion in patients with pre-and related the importance of blood tests.Methods Of 13,468 patients before transfusion and at pre-operative detection of two pairs of HBV in blood of semi,Hepatitis C virus antibody(anti-HCV),Human immunodeficiency virus antibody(anti-HIV)and syphilis antibody,And the results were analyzed.Results HBV positive rate of 11.8%,Anti-HCV positive rate of 2.1%,anti-H IV-positive rate of 0.37%,TP-Ab positive rate of 3.2%.Conclusion Detect pre-and pre-operative blood transfusion in patients with infectious disease markers of blood to avoid transfusion of medical disputes,reduce nosocomial cross-infection,prevention of occupational infection of medical personnel is very important.更多还原
