【摘要】 目的观察中医综合疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的疗效。方法将60例幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的患者随机分为2组,各30例。对照组用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上用半夏泻心汤加味和胃痛散敷贴交替使用。连续用药4周。观察2组疗效。结果临床疗效治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复查胃镜总有效率85%,对照组复查胃镜总有效率70%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组幽门螺杆菌转阴率为80%,对照组转阴率为66.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组改善情况优于对照组。结论中医综合疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎具有较好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive traditional Chinese therapy in patients with Helicobacter Pylori(HP)Correlative Chronic Gastritis.Methods Sixty patients with Helicobacter Pylori(HP)Correlative Gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and contrast group(30 cases).The patients in contrast group was treated with routine therapy.The patients in treatment group were treated by combination of Pinellia Heart-purging Decoction alternate Weitongsan application and routine therapy.The course was 4 weeks in two groups.Clinical effect was observed.Results The total efficacy rates were 90%in treatment group and 73.33%in contrast group respectively(P<0.05).The total efficacy rates after Gastroscopy review were 85%and 70%in contrast group(P<0.05).The negative conversion ratio of Helicobacter Pylori was 80%in treatment group and 66.67%in contrast group(P<0.05).The results in the treatment group were better than the contrast group.Conclusion Comprehensive traditional Chinese therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of Helicobacter pylori correlative chronic gastritis.更多还原
