【摘要】 目的探讨提高社区健康服务中心(以下简称社康中心)的医院感染控制质量的有效手段。方法引入PDCA循环法,采取标准评估、采样监测、问卷调查和现场抽查等方式,通过效果评价,找寻出影响医院感染控制质量的关键因素,针对存在的主要问题和缺陷进行持续改进和循环式管理。结果社康中心医院感染在管理、监测、消毒隔离及医疗废物等相关质量的管理达标率从引入PDCA循环前的61.8%上升到引入PDCA循环后的97.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。医务人员的医院感染知识知晓率、控制医院感染措施的正确执行率都有明显提高。结论通过引入PDCA循环法对社康中心医院感染控制质量实行科学管理,可有效控制和降低医院感染的发生,全面提升社康中心医院感染控制质量水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the effective means to enhance the quality of the hospital infections control in the community healthy service centers.Methods To search key factors to the quality of the hospital infections control by the PDCA circulation with standard evaluation,Samplings monitor,Questionnaire survey and so on,the existenting key problems were solved by constantly improving and circulate administration.Results The administer standard rate that correlates with administration,monitor,disinfects isolate and medical draff of the hospital infections control rises from 61.8%to 97.1%after leading in PDCA circulation in the community healthy service center.The difference has statistics significance (P< 0.01).The medical staff cognition rate correlateing with hospital infections and controlling measures to hospital infections rises markedly.Conclusion Through the scientific management,we can control and reduce the hospital infections and raise the quality level of the hospital infections control in the community healthy service centers by the PCDA circulation.更多还原
