DMG光固化氢氧化钙修复前牙陈旧性根管穿孔疗效研究

【摘要】 目的探讨DMG光固化氢氧化钙修补前牙陈旧性根管穿孔的临床效果及可行性。方法对38颗前牙陈旧性根管穿孔经唇侧根面采用DMG光固化氢氧化钙进行修补,定期回访,观察治疗效果。结果随访1～1.5年,成功34颗,失败4颗。结果使用DMG光固化氢氧化钙修补前牙陈旧性穿孔,对患牙保存短期疗效好,长期效果有待于进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effects and feasibility of repairing old root canal perforation of front teeth using DMG calcium hydroxide.Methods 38 teeth of old root canal perforation on the lip were repaired with DMG light-curing calcium hydroxide remedial,and were recalled periodically,observed the effect of treatment.Results Follow-up about 1-1.5 years,34 teeth is successful,four teeth is failed.Conclusion The DMG light-curing calcium hydroxide is a good material using in repair of old root canal perforation of front teeth,short-term effect of the preservation of teeth is good and long-term effects need to be further observed.更多还原
