【摘要】 目的分析妊娠合并心脏病患者住院期间的护理方法。方法对321例妊娠合并心脏病患者的临床资料进行回顾,总结一般护理、饮食护理、心理护理、特殊用药护理、产前护理、产时护理及产后护理的经验。结果运用护理手段,采取有效措施,明显降低孕产妇和婴幼儿的死亡率,并使心脏病孕妇顺利渡过孕产期。结论加强心脏病孕产妇妊娠、分娩及产褥期护理,是确保母婴安全的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing approaches of pregnant women with heart disease patients during the hospital.Methods 321 cases of pregnant women with heart disease in patients with clinical data were reviewed,summed up the general nursing, diet nursing, psychological nursing, special treatment nursing, prenatal nursing, labor and post-natal care nursing experience.Results The use of care means, to take effective measures to significantly reduce maternal and infant mortality, heart disease and pregnant women through maternity smoothly.Conclusion Strengthening the heart of maternal pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum nursing, maternal and child safety is to ensure that effective measures.更多还原
