【摘要】 目的探讨交锁髓内钉技术在肱骨干多段骨折治疗中的效果。方法自2000年9月至2006年9月使用交锁髓内针的方法治疗肱骨干多段骨折18例。顺行固定13例,逆行固定5例。方法随访全部病例,随访时间6～34个月,全部骨性愈合,术后肩肘功能恢复良好。关节功能评分优6例,良10例,可2例。结论交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干多段骨折具有创伤小,并发症少,骨折易愈合,肩肘功能恢复快等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of interlocked intramedullary nailing for humeral shaft multi-segments fractures.Methods From September 2000 to September 2006,18 cases of humeral shaft multi-segments fractures were treated with interlocked intramedullary nail.13 cases were treated with antegrade nail,5 cases were treated by retrograde nail.Results All cases were followed up,the follow-up period was ranging 6-34 months.All fractures healed,all patients had satisfactory functions of the shoulder and elbow.The postoperative function score of the shoulder and elbow,6 cases assessed as being excellent,10 cases as good,2 cases as fair.Conclusion Interlocked intramedullary nailing of humeral shaft multi-segments fractures have the advantage of easier union,fewer complication,fast recovery of functions of shoulder and elbow joint.更多还原
