【Abstract】 Using the methods of USA Heritage Foundation,and choosing 29 indicators,this paper measured the indexes of Chinese enterprises marketization process in 2004,2005 and 2006 from the aspects of non-state-owned economy and state-owned enterprises.The indexes of 2004,2005 and 2006 are 2.03(79.4%),1.89(82.1%),and 1.81(83.8%)respectively.
