热负荷对蒸馏水品质的影响

【摘要】 船在不同海域和不同季节里运行,导致蒸馏式海水淡化装置产生的蒸馏水的品质产生较大差异。影响蒸馏水品质的因素较多,该文主要对热负荷这一因素进行了较为详细的分析,以便设计人员在设计热法海水淡化装置过程中能综合考虑这一因素,对系统的管路进行优化设计,使海水淡化装置在设计工况下稳定运行,产生的蒸馏水品质符合设计要求。

【Abstract】 Ships navigating in different sea areas and in all seasons, so it is difficult to ensure the quality of distilled water produced by the sea water desalimation plant. There are various effect factors on the quality of distilled water, of which the heat load is an important one. In this paper, the heat load is summarized and analyzed comprehensively. The designer should take these effect factors into account, and achieve the optimized design of the pipeworks, so that the desalinators can run in the designed point stably and produce the distilled water of designed quality.
