微量脂肪酶与Mn2+促进SBR系统处理溶解性油废水的研究
Effects of Lipase and Mn2+ on the Treatment of Soluble Oil Wastewater by SBR
【摘要】 在SBR系统中,通过考察不同浓度的Mn2+与脂肪酶单独或协同作用对溶解性油废水降解的影响,发现同时加入浓度分别为1 mg·L-1的脂肪酶和0.05 mg·L-1Mn2+时,溶解性油的降解率和COD的去除率显著提高,胞外聚合物(EPS)中蛋白质/多糖的比值也显著增大。SBR系统的反应速率常数分别是:对照组为6.2×10-3L·mg-1·h-1,加入1 mg·L-1脂肪酶的系统为7.5×10-3L·mg-1·h-1,加入0.05 mg·L-1 Mn2+的系统为8.1×10-3L·mg-1·h-1,加入1 mg·L-1脂肪酶和0.05 mg/L Mn2+的系统为8.3×10-3L·mg-1·h-1。
【Abstract】 In SBR system,separate or cooperative effects of different concentrations of Mn2+ and lipase on the degradation of soluble oil wastewater were investigated,it was found that the efficiencies of soluble oil degradation and COD removal were rapidly raised within a short period,and the ratio of protein to polysaccharide in the extra-cellular polymeric substance(EPS) as well.The degradation reaction rate constants of SBR systems were determined as 6.2×10-3 L·mg-1·h-1(for the control),7.5×10-3 L·mg-1.h-1(adding 1 mg·L-1 lipase),8.1×10-3 L.mg-1·h-1(adding 0.05 mg·L-1 Mn2+) and 8.3×10-3 L·mg-1·h-1(adding 1 mg·L-1 lipase and 0.05 mg/L Mn2+),respectively.
