【摘要】 目的:建立测定仙灵骨葆分散片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Agilent Extent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-0.1%乙酸溶液(28∶72)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1;在270 nm波长处检测。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.368~1.84μg范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为99.84%,RSD为1.59%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便快速,准确性和重复性好,可用于仙灵骨葆分散片中的淫羊藿苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for HPLC determination of icariin in Xianling gubao Dispersibie Tables.Methods: The condition for HPLC was C₁₈ column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,Agilent the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results: The standard curve was liner in the range of 0.368～1.84 μg and the correlation coefficient was（0.999 9.）The coverage recovery was 99.84% with RSD 1.59%.Conclusion: The method shows good separating result,accuracy and reproducibility,can be used for the quality control of Xianling gubao Dispersibie Tables.更多还原
