【摘要】 从糖尿病周围神经病的病因病机、中医辨证分型、中药内服和外洗等方面阐述了近6年来糖尿病周围神经病的中医药临床研究进展。结果发现中医药对糖尿病周围神经病早期疗效较好,但近几年来临床报道和治疗报道较多,试验研究和基础研究开展较少,今后应在实验研究和基础研究方面多开展一些工作,更好的为患者提供医学和药学方面的服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent six years was explained from aspects of pathogenesis,pattern classification of TCM and internal and external medication.The result showed a good therapeutic effect of TCM treatment on early stage of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.However,it mainly came from clinical reports in recent years,and was lack of experimental and fundamental studies.So we suggest that more work should be done in experimental and fundamental research area,which may bring better fundamental service for patients.更多还原
