【摘要】 目的调查我省从事腹外疝医生的专业水准及学科发展现状,为今后制定专业医师继续教育培训计划提供依据。方法对参加2008年广东省疝与腹壁外科治疗学习班的医师进行问卷调查,调查我省疝外科医师从业结构,分析比较各单位开展手术方式、入路、术后复发率及并发症等情况。结果回收有效问卷共97份。疝外科知识来源,主要以参加进修,学习班或会议为主。各级医院医师每月腹股沟疝诊疗人数无显著差异(P>0.05)。三级,二级和一级医院医师开展局部麻醉下疝手术比例分别为38.3%,17.9%和9.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开展门诊疝手术的单位占9.3%。各级别单位疝术后复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)。单侧及双侧疝均以前入路修补为主(91.8%vs 70.1%)。结论我省各级医院疝外科技术发展尚不均衡,专科医师应认真对待疝手术,加大专业培训力度,促进疝手术规范化,是未来疝外科发展的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of hernia surgery and the professional standards of surgeons in Guangdong Province.Methods Questionnaires were distributed to surgeons presented the conference of Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery in Guangzhou in 2008.The manpower of hernia surgeon was analyzed,operation methods,approach,recurrence rate and postoperative complications were compared among different grades of hospitals.Results 97 answers were available.Knowledge sources of hernia include attending training programs and advanced conference.No significant differences were found in the number of visits per month and recurrence rate in different grades of hospitals(P>0.05),the percent of local anesthesia in the top,secondary,primary hospital was 38.3%,17.9% and 9.1% respectively(P<0.05).The percentage of day-case surgery for inguinal hernia was 9.3%.The techniques of unilateral and bilateral hernia treatment were both mainly anterior appro ach repair(91.8% vs 70.1%).Conclusions The professional levels of hernia surgery differ in hospital of all levels in Guangdong.Special surgeons should attach importance to hernia repair operation,it is necessary to increase skills training and accelerate the standardization of hernia surgery.更多还原
