【摘要】 目的分析疝环充填式无张力腹股沟疝修补术并发症的发生原因及预防措施。方法2002年3月至2008年2月行疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝460例,分析其并发症的发生情况。结果全部患者获得随访,随访时间6～60个月,术后顽固性疼痛2例(0.43%),术后复发2例(0.43%),术后切口感染1例(0.22%),阴囊水肿14例(3.04%),阴囊血肿1例(0.22%),尿潴留22例(4.78%)。结论术中仔细解剖,规范操作是减少疝环充填式无张力疝修补术并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reasons of postoperative complications in the plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair of inguinal hernia. Methods 460 cases of ingunial hernia patients from March 2002 to February 2008 who underwent plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair were summarized retrospectively,the reasons of postoperative complications were analyzed. Results All the patients were followed up from 6-60 months,there were 2 cases of intractable pain(0.43%),2 cases of recurrence(0.43%),1 case of incision infection(0.22%),14 cases of scrotal edema(3.04%),1 case of scrotal hematoma(0.22%),22 cases of urinary retention(4.78%). Conclusions Anatomizing carefully and operating standardly are the key point to decrease the postoperative complications of plug-mesh hernia repair.更多还原
