【摘要】 阐述了广东省惠州市惠州大亚湾惠绿环保服务有限公司开发的一套完整的线路板厂废弃污泥资源化、无害化的处理工艺,这套工艺采用酸浸和氨浸相结合的方法,成功的解决了主金属和其他金属有效分离这一关键技术难题,克服了原有工艺的缺陷,达到了理想的分离效果,具有处理成本低、处理量大、回收率高、产品质量好、没有二次污染等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper depicts a technique for resource utilization and harmless treatment of the printed circuit board waste sludge which had been successfully applied to a metal recovery plant in city of Huizhou.This process resolved problem about how to separate the main metal from other metals successfully with combines acid leaching with ammonia leaching,and overcame the defects in the technique before.The results show that this new technique has excellent effect with low cost,large quantity,high recovery ratio,no secondary pollution and good product quality.更多还原
