【摘要】 从性能设计的角度来看,结构目标可靠度应该与国家和社会承担风险的能力大小相适应。采用国民经济水平和生活质量指数作为衡量社会承担风险能力的大小,通过算例计算出中国不同时期与国力相符的结构目标可靠度水平。由于我国经济发展不平衡,通过算例计算了中国有代表性的4个省在2004年与其经济实力相符的相应的结构目标可靠度水平。所提方法能够得出不同经济条件下的合理的可靠度水平,为可靠度规范修订提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of performance design,structural target reliability should be suitable to the ability of countries and societies to bear the risk.The gross domestic product(GDP) per capita and the life quality index were used to quantify the ability of society to bear risk.By calculation of the GDP per capita and the life quality index of China in different typical periods,the example’s structural target reliabilities agree with national power in different periods.Because economic development in whole China is not balanced,also the example’s structural target reliabilities of Chinese four typical provinces were calculated.This method can obtain reasonable reliabilities of different economic conditions,and give a new reference to revising the structural reliability code.更多还原
