【摘要】 目的观察中药面膜配合治疗面部痤疮的临床疗效。方法将160例痤疮患者随机分为2组,治疗组100例,先行常规痤疮清创术后,立即施以中药面膜敷面30 min,祛膜后外涂氯洁霉素霜防治感染;对照组60例,仅实施痤疮清除治疗和外涂氯洁霉素霜。两组均观察6周。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,治愈率为47.00%,对照组总有效率为85.00%,治愈率为21.66%。两组治愈率、总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论痤疮清除术后配合中药面膜外敷治疗痤疮,治疗效果优于单纯痤疮清创术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of common acne by Chinese herbal mask associated with acne clearance technique. Methods One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups:test group(100 cases)and control group(60 cases).The test group was given integrated Chinese herbal mask,acne clearance and clindamycin for infection prevention,while the control group was treated without Chinese herbal mask.All cases were observed for six weeks. Results The findings showed that the test group had 47.00% of cure rate and 95.00% of effective rate,compared with 21.66% of cure rate and 85.00% of effective rate in controls.The rates were significantly different(P<0.01)between the two groups. Conclusion Treatment of common acne by Chinese herbal mask associated with acne clearance is effective.It is characterized by easy operation,less side-effects,higher cure rate and shorter course of treatment.更多还原
