【摘要】 目的研究克雅病(CJD)患者脑脊液中细胞因子IL-8的水平,探讨趋化性细胞因子在CJD疾病过程中的作用。方法病例分为CJD组、脑炎组和对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测脑脊液中IL-8的浓度。结果CJD患者脑脊液中IL-8水平明显升高,与对照组相比有统计学意义。结论趋化性细胞因子IL-8在CJD患者脑脊液中含量增加,在其神经变性过程中可能发挥重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To research the level of cytokine interleukin 8(IL-8) in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease(CJD) and to investigate the potential influence of inflammatory cytokine on the process of CJD.The investigating group composed of patients with CJD,patients with encephalitis and control subjects.and cytokine IL-8 level in CSF were measured with commercial enzyme immunoassay(ELISA).It was found that the IL-8 level in CSF of CJD patients was significantly higher than that in normal subjects.It is evident that the IL-8 level in CSF of CJD patients was high,suggesting that IL-8 plays important role in the prion disease.更多还原
