【摘要】 目的:观察肩胛骨骨折开放复位成型钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:12例肩胛骨骨折8例合并锁骨骨折的病人先行锁骨骨折切开复位成型钢板内固定,再行肩胛骨骨折切开复位成型钢板内固定,术后4周进行肩关节功能锻炼。10例获随访,平均随访12个月。结果:肩胛骨骨折、锁骨骨折全部愈合,9例肩关节功能恢复优良,1例可。结论:肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折切开复位成型钢板内固定,可恢复肩关节的动力平衡及稳定性,早期进行功能锻炼,有利于肩关节功能的早期康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the method of treatment of scapular fracture with clavicle fracture.Methods: 12 patients with scapular fracture and clavicle fracture were treated with open reduction and restructure-plate fixation,and taken the function exercise of shoulder joint at 4 week after the operation,and 10 patients were followed up for an average 12 months.Results: All the patients healed up.The function of shoulder joint of 9 patients was excellent and good,and that of 1 patient was fair.Conclusion: That scapular fracture with clav-icle fracture were treated with open reduction and restructure-plate fixation is a good way,with the advantages of repairing and keepingt the balance of shoulder muscles,better reduction and the excellent and good function of shoulder joint.更多还原
