【摘要】 文章从目前我国五年制临床医学专业人才培养方案的现况、制定人才培养方案应遵循的原则、制定和实施人才培养方案三个方面,介绍了对五年制临床医学专业人才培养方案进行研究与实践的过程。新的人才培养方案通过压缩学时数、增设选修课、安排学生早期接触临床、调整实践教学体系与充实实践教学内容、加大人文教育、改革临床技能教学和考核方法等方式达到了培养高素质医学人才的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the process of researches and practices on the training program for 5-year clinical medicine majors,which includes the present situation of the program,the basic principles of establishing the program and how to set down and put in practice a new training program.The new program is involved with the reduction of periods,the increase of elective courses,making early arrangement for students’ getting to clinic,adjusting the practical teaching system,enriching practical teaching contents,increasing the humanities education,and reforming the clinical skills’ teaching and the assessment methods.The new training program can meet the demand of cultivating high-quality medical talents.更多还原
