【Abstract】 As the pre-condition of medical international students’ education,the quality of international students resource directly affects the level of education.How to maintain the balance of the quantity and quality is worthy to be considered and discussed.This paper mainly analyzes the situation of the present international students resource of medical majors in our school,the existing problems,the efforts and thoughts in controlling the quality of the students resource.This paper also makes a deep research and discussion on how to strengthen the management and improve the quality of international students resource.更多还原
