【摘要】 病人安全问题是医院工作的重中之重。要培养高素质的护理人才,护理安全教育是必不可少的。文章介绍在急重症护理课程教学中,增加护理安全相关知识,在实验教学中突出急重症病人护理安全,进行急重症护理差错事故案例分析,举办急重症护理法律责任讲座,开展护患纠纷模拟情境的讨论和辩论。促使护生认识到安全护理的意义,养成安全护理意识及思维习惯,提高护理技术水平,减少护理工作的风险,以利于护生今后职业生涯的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Patient safety is the top priority in hospitals.To cultivate high-quality nursing professionals,nursing safety education is essential.This paper describes the teaching course of"emergency nursing",which enhances the care and safety-related knowledge,highlights safety issues of severe acute patients in experimental teaching,analyzes the cases of mistakes and accidents,holds lectures of emergency nursing liability and conducts the discussion of simulated nurse-patient disputes.The aim is to let nursing students recognize the significance of safe care and develop safety awareness and critical thinking,thus,it can improve nursing skills and reduce the risk of nursing work,and further more,it will facilitate the healthy development of their career in the future.更多还原
