【Abstract】 This paper presents an analysis made between the clinical practice and postgraduate entrance examination competition and employment pressure in medical students.The"job hunting"and"postgraduate entrance examination competition"have become the chief negative factors affecting the medical practice educational efficacy,especially the clinical operation ability.The inner connections and root causes among them have been found and suggestions,which might solve this contradiction,are given in this paper.更多还原
