【摘要】 文章拟在我院五年制口腔医学生中建立口腔内科实习医生综合能力考核评估体系,采用文献检索法和专家咨询法,通过界定临床基本能力内容、确立评价目标、选择评价指标、制定指标评定标准,建立一套本专业学生临床实践技能评估体系,并分析了该体系的可行性和评价的效度、信度。通过设立具体的考评细则,以期更全面、科学、客观地评价口腔医学生的临床思维和临床工作技能,引导学生高度重视临床实习,促进实习医院的临床教学工作,促进前期教学和临床理论教学水平的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main purpose of this paper is to design a check and evaluation system on practicing stomatologists’ general clinical capabilities for the five-year program stomatology students of Anhui Medical University.This paper proposes an evaluation system on stomatology students’ capabilities in clinical practices,analyzes the feasibility,effectiveness and correctness of such system by adopting document searching method and expert consulting method,identifying basic items of clinical capabilities,setting up evaluation objectives,selecting evaluation indexes,and making evaluation criteria.The authors expects that by setting up detailed check and evaluation regulations,the overall clinical thinking and working capabilities of stamatology students could be evaluated more scientifically and objectively and students could be made to pay high attention to clinical practices,promote clinical teaching of practicing hospitals,improve pre-teaching quality and clinical theoretical teaching quality.更多还原
