【Abstract】 The structural inconsistency in employment is a serious problem for stomatology undergraduates.The root of the problem is that the students are lacking of employability.This paper starts from the concept of employability,screens the seven core factors in stomatology undergraduates,and analyzes the situation,then offers suggestions from three aspects for construction of employability,including education system,career planning system,special ability training.更多还原
